Who Guarantees Honesty?
Who guarantees the copyright Holder will be honest (report collections, free the Work, etc)?
The Proprietary License is a copyright license like any other and involves legal obligations as such. Besides, to make users (and Liberators) more comfortable, there could be third parties involved, as in auction sites. Sites that host or index projects (like Sourceforge or Magnatune) could also control donations, time limits and the change from a proprietary to a free license (this is in fact an Unresolved Issue being discussed).
