Details of the computer hardware specifications Theoretic runs on, as well as the hosting company.
All of theoretic.com is hosted on a rented dedicated server with the hosting comnpany Tek Alchemy. Theo chose Tek Alchemy because they supported use of the Gentoo Linux operating system, which Theo prefers.
The dedicated server is the Natron package. It uses an AMD Sempron 2200 processor with 256Mb RAM, 40Gb hard drive space, and a monthly 200Gb of data transfer.
The cost of this dedicated server is US$105.53 per month, which is currently being paid by Theo from his personal funds.
