A marketing model using a network of agents who solicit financial support for copyrighted works that have been freed to the public.

GiftNet benefits developers who give their copyrighted works (such as software, blueprints, or books) to the public by helping the public easily give back to them. It is flexible, member-oriented, low-cost, and of course secure. It makes receiving financial support easy and giving it even easier.

GiftNet is the solution: the network that works for developers, doing all of the promotion and solicitation so developers can focus on developing.

A publishing model for freeing copyrighted works after certain demands have been achieved.

Ransom is a publishing model that allows proprietary copyrighted works (such as books, software, or music) to become automatically free to the public once once a total amount of money is collected or a certain date arrives. When creating free works can provide the financial security that everyone needs to live a good life, authors of proprietary works will switch, and existing authors of free works will be able to create more.
